PAYMENT

Payments are accepted through Paypal or if you don't have a Paypal account, you can still use your credit card.

SHIPPING

For US customers, shipping is by USPS First Class, and usually arrives within 3-4 business days. Tracking information is always provided. 

For International customers, orders are shipped First Class International Mail through USPS and can take about 2 weeks (10 days and in extreme cases up to 2 months) to arrive. Unfortunately, tracking for items shipping overseas is not provided. Once the item leaves US borders, there is no way to track it due to different countries' customs requirements, although this is the most economical rate offered.  It is the customer's responsibility to insure that the correct address information is given at the time of purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail. Alternative shipping options and Insurance are not offered at this time, and shipping prices are subject to change based on adjusted rates via the US Postal Service.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE

Our goal is to provide the best customer service to our clients and find solutions and resolutions to problems, should they arise. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we will provide a full-refund or exchange of an item of equal or lesser-value.

The customer is responsible for sending back items (in new/un-used condition with original packaging), and covering all return-postage costs. Refunds or exchanges will be issued once the returned item is received.

Enfer is a one-woman show and everything is custom-created, not commercially mass-produced. We support artists and independent designers in our local community and work with small companies and creatives.  We hope you will do the same by helping out small businesses and buying handmade.
